We’re Delighted To Announce Two More Completed Executive Searches

With the final quarter of 2018 well underway, we’re delighted to be able to announce two more completed assignments.

Resonate Search and Selection have completed the placements of Ray Christopher to the MHS Homes executive board. We’ve also placed Simon Cosson into the position of Director of Finance at Orbit Housing.

These were both challenging instructions, however we’re convinced the right people have been found to take the positions forward. We’d like to wish Ray and Simon all the best with their exciting new roles.

We wanted to develop a robust executive search process that delivers results every time. Our consistent success shows that we’ve succeeded in achieving that goal.

Our process is clear, well executed and, above all, gets results. We go to great lengths to understand the client’s business and the type of candidate they’re looking for. By going into detail with this information, whilst also building a very close relationship with our client, we’re then able to go out to market to find the talent they need.

Here’s A Brief Overview Of The Key Highlights Included In The Process We Run:

- We agree an assignment brief with our client. This document is a blueprint for the whole process and outlines the technical requirements of the position as well as the person specification in terms of their values, attitudes and management style.
- We complete a mix of market mapping, search and selection, networking and advertising to find and attract the best candidates. Communicating the agreed brief with energy and impact is crucial to securing the best talent.
- We work closely with our candidates. Even if a candidate isn’t successful, we endeavour to provide concise feedback and a professional service.
- We invite the most appropriate candidates to interview with us. After interviewing our chosen candidates, a shortlist is drawn up. Candidate details are comprehensive and include our own comments and recommendations.
- We arrange to present a shortlist to our client. Whereas some search firms stop there, we don’t. We’ll be part of our client’s final selection panel, if desired. Verbal references, psychometric and ability testing (relevant to the job and the organisation) are then undertaken.
- The client makes a decision on who to appoint and Resonate Search and Selection assist in the final offer and negotiation stages. We stay with the client and candidate until the appointment is made and confirmed.
